When you 'buy' pixels you will not 'own' any part of SXMguide.com, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link for advertising purposes.
Minimum Purchase 1 Pixel block - 10x10
No obscene/offensive links will be accepted, and all material must be appropriate. SXMguide.com has the right to make the final editorial decision as to what is appropriate for the site.
If you submit an image or link which is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative. If you do not provide an acceptable replacement your money will be refunded and you will not get your pixels.
If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene material then your image and link will be permanently removed and you will not get a refund of any kind.
If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed from the homepage, you can do so, but you will not get a refund and the space will become publicly available again.
- Images must be in GIF or JPEG format and a reasonable file size. (maximum 200 x 200 pixels) - Animated images are not acceptable - no exceptions. - Images containing text are discouraged. But we allow it. - Links must be to web pages only and begin with http:// - You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit. - Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels go live on SXMguide.com - There are no refunds once your image and link have been accepted and published.
We will do our best to get your pixels online within 1 - 2 business days after we receive your payment.
PRIVACY POLICY – SXMguide.com will never assign, sell, trade or disclose your personal information or e-mail address to any other party.
There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but we'll try and keep these to a minimum.
You are allowed to change the image of your site. Changes require approval from SXMguide.com.
The site and homepage will be online for at least 3 years (starting from the day it launched), so at least until April 2012, but possibly even longer.
After you have ordered your pixels, you have 2 (two) weeks to make the payment. If the payment is not received in the 2 (two) weeks, the pixels you ordered will become available to the public.
